To use your free talk time, or SMS, or MB, on activated prepaid embedded use Bundles or offers, you must have a remaining balance of at least €0.01.
National calls ("To All"), concern calls to all greek network mobile numbers (69ΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧ) and to all geographic numbers of greek fixed line networks (2ΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧ). It does not concern call to non-geographic numbers (such as: short codes, personal voicemail, telephone directory services, etc.)
Consumption of free talk time from F2G Bundles is by 1 second, with minimum call duration of 3 minutes.
Any free minutes, free €, SMS, or MB bonus, given to subscribers as part of permanent or seasonal offers, cannot be used towards value added services and while roaming.
A fee of €0.30 is applied for every recharge.
Maximum number of activations for the basic Bundles is 4 times every 30 days, and for €3 (More & Turbo), 2 times every 30 days.
The €3 Bundles (More & Turbo), work in combination with the basic Bundles. The €3 Bundles are available for 30 days from the last activation of any basic Bundle by the subscriber. Every activation of a new basic Bundle renews the availability of the €3 Bundles for another 30 days.
All Bundles can be activated with a free call to 1265.

Prepaid subscribers who have Internet Daily Ticket as their basic data charge, will be charged €0.1/MB for every additional MB, if they purchase a mobile internet service and consume the embedded data before the service's expiration. If the service expires and they don't purchase another dayta bundle, they will automatically revert to Daily Ticket charges (€1,2/50MB daily charge).

2.Εmbedded usage towards all networks (e.g. 400' to all, from Talk to All & Data bundle). .
3.Embedded usage from Blender bundle.

Between more than one offer/free minutes bundle/SMS towards the same destinations, the first to be consumed will be the one that expires first
If the subscriber has activated the same offer/bundle more than once, he/she enjoys the embedded usage of his/her new bundle added to the remaining usage of the first bundle. The remaining minutes/SMS/MB from each bundle still have their own expiration date, but priority of consumption is given to the offer/bundle that expires first
If the subscriber has activated different offers/talk time or SMS bundles towards the same destination, he/she a higher priority of consumption for the bundle that expires first
Sole exception to this third case only, is Mobile Internet. Regarding all Mobile Internet offers, the first to be consumed is Log n Win 30 MB & then the Mobile Internet bundles: Data #1, Data #2, etc. (all with the same priority, depending only on which expires first). Afterwards, Combo bundles MB’s are consumed, after the 2GB from the student/special bundle embedded use, and then the Free2Surf bonus,. Please note that in the case of Mobile Internet also, the subscriber who has activated the same bundle more than once, consumes first the MB from the bundle/offer that was activated first.
Finally in the special case that a subscriber has activated a Bonus A in minutes/sms towards a specific destination ( eg online bonus of bundles towards WIND/Q), and afterwards he/she activates another Bonus B or Bundle B towards WIND/Q (eg online top up bonus) and then he/she activates again the 1st bonus without the minutes of the 1st activation having being consumed or expired (ie he/she tries to activate again the online bonus of bundles), despite the fact that each quantity of minutes/sms has its own validity period, the minutes/sms from Bonus A are going to be consumer altogether with lower priority vs Bonus or Bundle B (i.e. the Bonus or Bundle B will get consumed first. The same is also valid if the subscriber activates a bundle, then a bonus and finally a new bundle towards the same destinations before the expiration or consumption of the 1st bundle.
In the case of bundle activation from the online environment, while the subscriber is already engaged in a voice or video call, consumption of the free talk time or the bundle's bonus talk time will commence with the next call.
