I want to enable Call Waiting

The Call Waiting service allows you to handle two incoming calls at a time. While on one call, an alert tone as well as the calling number display informs you about a second incoming call.

  • Activation: Dial *#43#
When call waiting is activated and your line is busy, the caller will hear either the message: ‘Your call is on hold, please don’t hang up unless you hear the busy tone’, or the regular dial tone for about 60 seconds and then the busy tone.
  • Deactivation: Dial #43#
  • Status confirmation: Dial *#43#

When you hear the Call Waiting tone or you notice the second number display, you have 3 options:

  • End your current call and answer the second call by dialing [R] or [Recall] or [Flash] or by pressing down the phone hook
  • Set your current call on hold and accept the second call by dialing [R] and 2 or [Recall] and 2 or [Flash] and 2 or by pressing down the phone hook and 2.
  • Ignore the second call and continue your conversation. After approximately 40 seconds, the call waiting tone stops.
I want to automatically call a number of choice (Automatic Call)

The Warmline service allows you to set a specific phone number, that will be automatically called in the event that no other number is dialed within 5 seconds from off-hooking.

  • Activation: Dial *54*number to be called#

I do not want receive calls from callers with a hidden ID (Call Blocking)

  • Activation: Dial *90#. Upon activation, the dialtone changes to remind you that the service is active
  • Deactivation: Dial #90#
  • Status confirmation: Dial *#90#

I only want to receive incoming calls during specific times of day (Do Not Disturb)

The ‘Do Not Disturb’ service allows you to block all incoming calls for as long as it is active, while a relevant message informs the caller accordingly.

  • Activation: Dial *91#. When active, the dial tone is different to the regular one, so that you are reminded of the service activation. Call waiting/call hold and call forwarding services should be deactive before this service is activated
  • Deactivation: Dial #91#
  • Status confirmation: Dial *#91#
NOTE
