EU Roaming Charges

Free EU roaming for our customers!

From 15th of June all WIND customers, including pay monthly and pay as you go, can use their minutes, texts and data in 39 destinations across European Union. Finally news we can all agree on!

Outgoing calls

  • You can use your domestic allowance when you make a call from an EU country to Greece or to any other EU country, without extra charge
  • If you do not have a domestic allowance or when you go over your minutes you’ll pay our standard national rates for outgoing calls

Mobile Internet

  • You can use your data allowance for browsing the internet when you travel within EU, without extra charge
  • If you do not have a data allowance or when you consume all your embedded MBs you’ll pay our standard national rates for data

SMS / MMS

  • You can use your embedded SMS / MMS when you text from an EU country to Greece or to any other EU country, without extra charge
  • If you do not have a domestic allowance or when you consume all your embedded SMS / MMS you’ll pay our standard national rates for texts

Incoming calls

  • Incoming calls within EU are free of charge and they do not consume minutes from the domestic allowance

Eligible customers

  • Pay monthly subscribers, consumer and business
  • Pay as you go subscribers, WIND and Q

Balance Info

  • You can check your balance by texting “YP” to
    • 1270 for W & WIND to ALL customers
    • 1285 for Cost Control and Prepaid customers
NOTES
  • Domestic minutes to WIND/Q mobile and landlines, intra-company and intra-family calls cannot be consumed during roaming.
  • Zero rated data bundles offered as a promotion cannot be consumed during roaming.
  • During roaming consumption of embedded free minutes and MBs will be according to national tariff plan.
  • Outgoing calls and texts from or to countries outside the European Union as well as calls and texts to satellite and VAS destinations will be charged according to standard roaming rates outside the European Union.
  • Permanent roaming is not allowed.
