Respect for the people
In WIND Hellas we recognize that our daily activities have an impact at a financial, working, environmental and social level so thus we have incorporated them into a multifaceted Corporate Responsibility strategy guided by the philosophy of sustainable business practice. Already, since 2016, we have adopted the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030 and are determined to contribute actively and effectively to promoting the well-being of society, fighting poverty and protecting the environment. We believe that our growth is built on an integrated approach where business needs are aligned with social needs. Thus, we consider that we must aim at specific priorities, within our industry’s mandates, so as to achieve significant results and always striving to contribute to the equality of life of future parents.

Our concern is that our Corporate Responsibility should reflect our understanding of the institutional, natural and cultural environment, as well as the manner in which we set up our business and social goals.
20 Commitments for 2020
Our concern is that our Corporate Responsibility should reflect our understanding of the institutional, natural and cultural environment, as well as the manner in which we set up our business and social goals. Goal setting has been a priority for WIND Hellas since we have begun to regard corporate responsibility as a valuable tool of key importance for the Company’s development and for our relationship with the Greek society, our customers and oth¬er Stakeholders. Throughout these years, our primary concern has been the continuous improvement of our impact on employees, society and the environment with focused operations and actions.
The development of that long-lasting course is our new "20 Commitments for 2020" Strategy. This strategy consists of 20 commitments for 2020 as part of our long-term commitment to sustainable development and improvement, as well as our commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for 2030. These 20 commitments address our most important issues, as recognized by our communication with our Stakeholders and the continuous monitoring and recording of our performance.

For our people
We, at WIND, commit ourselves to our own people for continuous education and empowerment, for a balanced working relationship, and for the opportunity for more women to take on positions of high administrative responsibility.
For the environment
We, at WIND, commit ourselves to reducing our environmental footprint through systematic energy audits to optimize the use of digital services to reduce paper use, reduce waste from our plants leading to landfills and create of our first climate neutral store.
For the society
We, at WIND, commit ourselves to creating a safe navigation environment for children through the kids@safety program and continue to bridge the distances in the most inaccessible areas of our country, offering unlimited access to the modern digital world through the "we come closer" program.
For the market
We, at WIND, commit ourselves to strengthening our local economy and cooperating with domestic suppliers, capitalizing on the human resources and raw materials of our country, and we do not stop investing in the latest technologies by building our own fiber optic network in order to offer an excellent communication experience to our customers.
Because, we at WIND commit ourselves to bringing time closer. We do not wait. We move forward and continue to maximize our contribution to Greek society and economy with perseverance and determination.
The bases for developing our new Corporate Responsibility Strategy "20 Commitments for 2020" continue to lie in the four fundamental pillars: Environment, Society, our People and the Market in which we operate.
