  • All WIND Stores & points of sales, wherever they are located, provide full telecommunication solutions, services and after sales support that meet customer needs and expectations by implementing standardized policies and procedures and constantly improving their operations to achieve our customers’ full satisfaction
  • To recognize the environmental impacts of the operation of our Stores and minimize where possible the environmental footprint of our Stores network

At WIND we develop and support WIND Stores network through continuous and specialized training programs, surveys, advanced systems & applications and environmental programs, proving in practice our focus on Customers Satisfaction with respect to the Society and the Environment.
