The Netflix promo for 3,6 & 12 months from WIND ONE and WIND VISION was valid only for new WIND VISION applications from 01/09/2019 to 30/09/2019.
You can redeem the promo until 30/11/2019.
You can redeem your Netflix promo with the following:
1. Go to Netflix environment through your WIND VISION Set-top Box and follow the instructions on screen
2. Go to myWIND (via web), click on the dedicated promo banner and follow a simple procedure
Netflix membership requires prepayment of the subscription plan that you have selected.
In your WIND invoice you can see the period for which you have been charged for your Netflix membership.If you cancel your Netflix membership at a later date than Netflix charges, then you will receive the charge in your next invoice. You can access your Netflix account until the date that you have prepaid for the service.
In order not to receive additional charges, you have to cancel your Netflix membership before the date you receive your Netflix charge.
All WIND VISION subscribers are able to receive their Netflix charge through their WIND invoice either they are:
a) New Netflix members
- b) Existing Netflix members with an inactive account
If you want to receive your Netflix charge through your WIND invoice*, you can do it easily and quickly with the following ways:
- a) Through the WIND VISION Set-Top box following the instructions on screen
- b) Through the dedicated banner on myWIND (via browser) following a simple process
*Valid for all WIND VISION subscribers who are either new Netflix members or have an incactive Netflix account
If you have an inactive Netflix account, you can restart your membership by using your email and password, through the WIND VISION Set-top box or through myWIND (from browser) and receive your Netflix charge through your WIND invoice.
Note: Netflix members who restart their Netflix membership are not eligible for 1 free month from Netflix.
If you are a Netflix member and you have chosen to receive your Netflix charge through WIND billing, go to myWIND (via browser) and follow the below steps:
- Go to WIND VISION section on myWIND
- Tap "Manage connection" to see all available options
- Select "Netflix Account Recovery" and then select "Forgot e-mail/password.Find Account and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, you can contact Customer Care at 13800 and be informed on how to retrieve your Netflix account. If you are a Netflix member and you have selected another payment method, you can contact directly Netflix.
Choose one of the available ways to enter Netflix and follow the instructions on screen.
After the promo period, your Netflix membership automatically continues, with no commitment.
If you are a new member on Netflix, your payment method will be your WIND invoice.
If you have an active account with a registered payment method in Netflix, your monthly fee is collected by Netflix, based on the payment method you specified in your account. In that case, you are NOT able to proceed with your payment through your WIND invoice.
To find relevant information regarding your Netflix membership, go to your Netflix account (via browser) and select "Account" from the menu on the right. In this section you may find you account details (e-mail, password, mobile), the selected plan and the payment method for your Netflix membership. All information provided are considered personal data that only the Netflix user can access.
You will receive an e-mail from Netflix 7 days prior the promo period ends.
You can easily cancel your account online at www.netflix.com/gr/ with only two clicks, with no commitment. Go to your Netflix profile and select "Account" from the menu on the right and then "Cancel membership".
If you have chosen to receive your Netflix charge through your WIND invoice and you cancel WIND VISION, you will no longer be charged for your Netflix membership through your WIND invoice.
In case you want to continue your Neflix membership, Netflix will ask you to select another payment method (debit/credit card).
