from 3/9/2018 until 31/10/2018.
If you received the offer you can redeem until the 31st of January 2019. Login to myWIND portal through your browser and click on the specific banner that refers to the Netflix promo. Then follow the instructions on screen.
Either you are a new Netflix member or an existing member, you can redeem your Netflix membership with the following ways:
- Through myWIND portal (from browser) by clicking the specific banner that refers to the promo and then following a simple procedure
- Through the WIND VISION Set-Top Box by following the instructions on screen
New Netflix members receive their Netflix charge through their WIND invoice in order to facilitate the process without using credit/debit card.
No, a credit card is not needed in order to redeem your WIND VISION offer (effective for new Netflix subscribers).
Following the completion of WIND VISION promo, your Netflix membership automatically continues and you will be charged through your WIND invoice. You can cancel your Netflix membership at any time with no commitment. In that case, you will not be charged from Netflix.
If you are an existing member on Netflix with a registered payment method you cannot pay through your WIND invoice. This applies only to new Netflix members.
If you have redeemed your WIND VISION offer and you are a new member on Netflix, you can call 13800 and be informed on how to retrieve your password.
There are three available ways:
1. Choose Netflix logo on WIND VISION homepage
2. Choose Netflix logo on Anroid TV homepage
3. Press the button with the red circle on WIND VISION remote control (or the Netflix button)
Choose one of the available ways to enter Netflix and follow the instructions on screen.
After the promo period, your Netflix membership automatically continues, with no commitment.
If you are a new member on Netflix, your payment method will be your WIND invoice.
If you have an active account with a registered payment method in Netflix, your monthly fee is collected by Netflix, based on the payment method you specified in your account. In that case, you are NOT able to proceed with your payment through your WIND invoice.

You will receive an e-mail from Netflix 7 days prior the promo period ends.
You can cancel your Netflix membership at any time with no commitment through the Netflix page by selecting “Account” and then “Cancel membership”.
If you created a new Netflix account through WIND VISION and you want to cancel you WIND VISION subscription, you will no longer receive your Netflix monthly fee through your WIND invoice. Thus, you will need to set a new payment method that requires the use of credit card.
If you already had a Netflix account and you want to cancel your WIND VISION subscription, you will continue to pay for your Netflix membership through the payment method that you have initially selected which requires the use of credit card.
