WIND recommends the Panda Cloud Antivirus to Internet users. It is efficient, easy to use, “light” and a free virus protection software that does not slow down your computer. It has been launched by Panda Security, one of the largest and internationally known security software development and sales companies.
The programme is automatically updated for potential threats from viruses. In order to install it you need a Windows operating system (at least XP SP2 or Vista or 7), 64 MB RAM, Internet Explorer 6.0 or newer.
It is recommended that you uninstall any other protection software that might be installed in your computer before activation.
To activate the software:
- Click here.
- Click on “Click here to download Panda Cloud Antivirus”;
- Run the file (PandaCloudAntivirus.exe) that you downloaded;
- We recommend checking the “Options” on the lower left side;
- Read the licence of use and if you accept it click “Accept & Install”;
- Wait a few moments until the first question pops up regarding the edition you desire; and
- Select the Free Edition and you can optionally enter the information you are asked and then press “End”.
Now your computer is protected!
